All of this happened in the last 12 hours

— (dilatory) review of a riot grrrl compilation

— request for next review to be turned in tomorrow

— responses to personal e-mails

— response to a personal tumblr message

— basic tumblr updatin’

— late night phone meeting about zine collaboration

— listening to album to be reviewed by tomorrow

— thinking in the back of my mind that I need to pull together a ‘why I need to extend my leave of absence’ essay and that I need to do as soon as I possibly can, though tomorrow seems unlikely

— friend’s statement of purpose for grad school applications for proofreading hitting my e-mail inbox at 11:30 pm

— and then typing up this post about all the writing work I did today

— oh right and the pretty much constant flurry of texts and phonecalls about both writing and blogging and just personal friend-y stuff

— And THEN there was the actual other stuff I did today, like setting up my phone and setting up a twitter for my blog because I’m a professional now or whatever and cleaning and visiting with my grandmother and buying new pants and underwear because I desperately need new clothes/clothes that don’t fall off

— constant-ish anxiety about how busy and intense tomorrow’s platonic all-afternoon BBF anti-Valentine date is going to be

TOO MUCH FOR ONE DAY.
